LegendYou Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LegendYou, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, training, and digital learning experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be requested.

By purchasing any product or service from LegendYou, you agree to the terms below.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all paid services and products offered by LegendYou, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching sessions (1:1 or group)
  • Digital programs and courses
  • Workshops and Masterclasses
  • Community memberships
  • Events and intensives

2. Coaching Sessions (1:1 or Group)

Rescheduling or Cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel a coaching session by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

Requests made with sufficient notice may be:

  • Rescheduled to a mutually convenient time, or
  • Converted into a credit for future use

Missed or Late Cancellations

Sessions that are missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be considered completed and are non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness to both the coach and other participants.

3. Digital Programs, Courses, and Online Content

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary content, all purchases of digital programs, recorded workshops, tools, templates, and assessments are final once access has been granted.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Failure to complete the program
  • Misalignment of expectations after purchase

However, if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access, our team will work promptly to resolve it.

4. Live Masterclasses, Workshops, and Events

Refunds

Masterclass and workshop registrations are generally non-refundable.

Transfer Option

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your seat to a future session of the same program, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

5. Memberships and Community Programs

For membership-based programs:

  • Fees are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or one-time)
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle

You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases (such as medical emergencies or unavoidable personal situations), refund or credit requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of LegendYou.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

7. How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request a refund, credit, or rescheduling, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Program or service name
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Reason for request

8. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

LegendYou reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
